General information on F10 Disinfectant Wipes
F10 Disinfectant Wipes are F10SC Disinfectant/alcohol impregnated surface wipes for use on equipment such as thermometers, and high touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles; items such as your pens, keyboard and mouse, and for hand decontamination when washing facilities are unavailable. F10 Disinfectant Wipes are lightly saturated rather than the very wet type of wipe you’d get in a heavier “baby wipe” type product.
Due to the alcohol in the F10 Wipes formulation, which is added to allow quicker drying time, the wet contact time on surfaces and equipment is shorter than that of F10SC/F10SC Veterinary Disinfectant. As such we do not recommend that F10 Disinfectant Wipes are used when efficacy against bacterial or fungal spores, or non-enveloped viruses is required. These pathogen groups require various longer contact times.
F10 Disinfectant Wipes are sold as a sealed pack of 100 wipes (each approx 110mm x 120mm) in a dispensing tub. To use, cut a line in the sealed pack and feed the pre-pulled wipe through the tub lid, close the lid and screw tight. Pull wipes through and they will dispense one at a time. Note – do not remove plastic wipes bag completely, you only need to open the top so the wipes can feed up and out.
