F10 is a South African veterinary disinfectant range used in clinics, aviaries and reptile rooms. The reason people seek it out is that it works on bacteria, fungi and viruses at dilutions low enough to be used around animals — including birds and reptiles, where most household disinfectants are unusable.
SC Veterinary Disinfectant is the concentrate and the place to start: 200ml, 1L and 5L, diluted per the label for the job, so a small bottle covers a lot of surface. The Trigger Spray Bottle is sold empty for exactly that reason. Wipes and the aerosol fogger are the ready-to-use options, the fogger for closed rooms and enclosures where wiping every surface is impractical.
The animal-contact products are a separate group: Germicidal Treatment Shampoo for skin conditions, Germicidal Barrier Ointment over minor wounds, and Skin Prep Solution for cleaning before a procedure. Dilution rates differ by product and by pathogen, so follow the label rather than a general rule — particularly around birds and reptiles.
