The Butterfly Palm is one of the tallest pieces in the Amazon Jungle range — 50cm of fine, arching fronds on a single stem. It reads as a palm rather than a typical aquarium plant, which makes it a good background feature in a tall tank or a planted terrarium where you want height without a solid wall of green.
At 50cm it needs the depth to match. Measure from substrate to the underside of the lid before ordering: in anything shallower than about 45cm the fronds will bend over at the waterline rather than stand.

Care
Rinse under warm running water before it goes in the tank. Every few months, lift it out and swish it in a bucket of old tank water to shift the algae film that settles on any decor — never use soap or detergent.
Worth knowing
Artificial plants do not take up nitrate or oxygenate the water the way live plants do. They are for structure, cover and looks — your filter and water changes still do the work.
